Order validation
After validation of the order, the customer receives a confirmation message to the given email address. This message contains the order number which must be mentioned for each exchange.
The order only becomes final after receipt of payment.
Nature of works sold
All abstract paintings for sale on the website are offered by painter Sophie Abadie.
The acquisition of a work of art does not give any right of representation, distribution or reproduction to its purchaser. Only the artist Sophie Abadie retains her right to her creation. Any use of the visual of the works must be the subject of a request for authorization.
Order one or more paintings
To order one or more paintings, you must go to the page of the painting you wish to purchase and click on the “Add to basket” button on the right. To finalize your purchase, click on the top right, the shopping cart part. And then you just have to click on “Order” to start the ordering process.

Payment security
All credit card transactions are carried out via PrestaShop Checkout, offering and ensuring a completely secure payment system. The page for entering your banking information is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). Your bank details cannot be intercepted. Your bank details (card number, expiration date and cryptogram.) Are not communicated to Artzelie.
Shipping delivery
Delivery will be made to the indicated delivery address within 7 working days (original tables) and 12 working days (digital tables). The delivery costs will be indicated at the end of your ordering process.
Return modalities
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days. During this period, you can return the works to us (the return shipping costs will be at your expense). The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the works.
Liability and Guarantee
The present contract is regulated by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montpellier, France.
